FUN STUFF: Saved a $600 speaker pair for $40

My old Advent Heritage Speakers were rattling and producing "unwanted sounds."  The foam had deteriorated since 1995.  They were a gift from my mom.  Purchased from "The Wiz."  Remember them?  Movies and music were no longer fun at full volume.

Via Amazon, there is a firm that sells foam inserts that can repair your awful sounding speakers.  SimplySpeakers.com is the firm that sold the 4 flimsy repair foam rolls and glue to made the fix happen.  Took me two hours while I was smoking something on the grill, but no matter.  Smoking food is a time honored tradition that will make you cry when you eat it, even CHEESE.

Smoke food at the same time as saving $600?  $40 was a deal. I'll take it.
