Here is a post from Neil on Leslie West. West is still going strong. I recently downloaded a bunch of stuff from West on iTunes. I think Neil is right - get the CD. Some Rock artists are surprisingly good when they do blues, like Steve Hackett.

I didn't realize that Leslie West, lead vocalist and guitarist of the old band "Mountain," was still playing. That is, until I heard a track on B.B. Kings Bluesville (SiriusXM Ch. 70). It was from an album called "Unusual Suspects." The particular track was "Third Degree" and featured legendary Blues guitarist Joe Bonamassa. After hearing this, I needed more, so off to Amazon I went. Even after all these years since Mountain, Leslie still has chops! For all you Blues/Rock (or even just Rock) fans out there, this is a must-have for any collection. You will not be disappointed!
