My dad taught me about varying musical time signatures using Dave Brubeck music in the age of 4/4 rock and roll. Here is a video of the famous "Take Five." My other Brubeck favorite of his is "Blue Rondo a la Turk." I was fortunate to see him play live when I was in school.
